In recent decades, this historic site has become not only a guardian of the memories of our past but also, once again, a vibrant cultural space: a meeting place where history, tradition, and renewal can coexist and reinforce one another. Throughout its centuries-long history, the palace has always played an important role in supporting the arts, the sciences, and intellectual life. Since its founding, the Gödöllő Liszt Festival has sought to be a worthy continuation of this intellectual legacy.
